BOOKING POLICY:
Please provide us with the list of truck numbers that require our services. Additionally, we kindly ask for a designated area where we can perform maintenance on your fleet. Thank you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that many issues can occur on service day but a 24-hour cancellation notice must be given prior to our team heading out, otherwise a trip fee of $250.00 will be invoiced. We thank you for your understanding.
PAYMENT:
Effective immediately, please note that there is a grace period of 30 days for payments. After the grace period expires, we reserve the right to charge interest on any delinquent monies owed.
